Section 1

These terms and conditions apply to all players using the ou7771 platform (https://ou7771.onl). Each time you access the platform, register an account, play games, or make a deposit, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

Section 2

To register an account on the ou7771 platform, players must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21+. Attempting to use this platform if you are under 21 in Myanmar is a violation of applicable laws.
• You must confirm that you are playing with your own funds and that you understand what you are doing.
• Each player may only register one account. If more than one account is found to belong to the same player, ou7771 may suspend all such accounts and remove any remaining balances.
• You must provide accurate personal information. Providing false information will result in immediate suspension.
• You must not share your account login details with any other person for any reason.

Section 3

3.1 Deposit Requirements

You can deposit at ou7771 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit per transaction is 3,000 Ks, and the maximum deposit amount is subject to the platform's current limits.

• Deposit records are maintained according to Myanmar Standard Time (MMT UTC+6:30).
• Only payment methods registered under your own name may be used for deposits. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will not be processed.
• If funds have not arrived in your account within 15 minutes of a deposit, please contact customer support.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for your deposit. Processing time may take 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by ou7771; processing times may vary as unusual activity may be under investigation.
• A Know Your Customer (KYC) check may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are not allowed until the bonus wagering requirement has been met — see Section 4 for details.

Section 4

ou7771 offers new players a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 times first.

• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set number of days from when the bonus was received, the bonus may expire.
• ou7771 may change bonus promotions without prior notice; bonuses already received will not be affected.
• If bonus abuse is detected, ou7771 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus funds and any related balance.
• Each player may only receive the welcome bonus once.

ou7771 is committed to keeping the platform fair and for entertainment purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Using unfair methods such as software bots, exploiting game systems, or third-party tools
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to attack servers, databases, or platform systems
• Colluding with other players on the platform
• Allowing a third party to play on an account rather than playing yourself

If any of these violations are detected, ou7771 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and remove any remaining balance without prior notice. Where legal violations are involved, appropriate action may be taken.

ou7771's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up based on your gaming activity and wagering volume—

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

ou7771 reviews cashback amounts once a week and credits eligible players to their accounts. Cashback funds come with no wagering requirement — you can play with them right away or withdraw them.

ou7771 is not responsible for any losses arising from players' game results (wins or losses) or inability to access the platform — this includes Force Majeure events.

If a game is interrupted due to a platform technical fault, ou7771 will return the remaining balance of that game to the player's account; we cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from an interrupted game.
